LIFE-GIVING WATER Speaking with spiritual words, Jesus told a Samaritan woman “THE WATER I GIVE IS LIKE A FLOWING FOUNTAIN THAT GIVES ETERNAL LIFE” [Jn 4:14 CE]. At another time, Jesus speaking in the Temple courts stated, “HAVE FAITH IN ME, AND YOU WILL HAVE LIFE-GIVING WATER FLOWING FROM DEEP INSIDE YOU” [Jn 7:38 CE]. As a result of believing in Jesus, we will have eternal life and we will have “LIFE-GIVING WATER” flowing from within us, enabling us to help others believe in Jesus and have eternal life.
