From a real life experience where Martha complained that Mary was not doing her share of the house work to entertain Jesus, Jesus responded, “MARY HAS CHOSEN WHAT IS BETTER” Lk 10:42 NI.  Jesus’ response to Martha indicates that learning about God may be more important than regular duties. Jesus teaches us that our first concern should be to “WANT MOST IS GOD'S KINGDOM AND DOING WHAT GOD WANTS” [Mt 6:33 IC]. Yes, there may be times God wants us to do household chores.
