GOOD PEOPLE
Jesus teaches about God’s kingdom by comparing it to fishermen
who use a net. (reminder: Matthew refers to God’s kingdom as
“THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN”, while for the same passages
Mark and Luke use “KINGDOM OF GOD”) When the net is full,
the fishermen will separate the good fish and from the bad fish.
Continuing with the comparison with God’s kingdom, Jesus points
out that it will be this way at the end of the age when “THE
ANGELS WILL COME AND SEPARATE THE EVIL
PEOPLE FROM THE GOOD PEOPLE” [Mt 13:49 IC].
Warning: it appears from this story there may be evil people in
God’s kingdom, so be cautious of people in religious groups like
churches. Will you be considered a good person?
