ALL AUTHORITY One of the last things Jesus did when He walked on earth was to inform His apprentices that “ALL AUTHORITY IN HEAVEN AND ON EARTH IS GIVEN TO ME” [Mt 28:18 ER]. As a result of God giving Jesus all authority, Jesus instructed “SO GO AND MAKE FOLLOWERS OF ALL PEOPLE IN THE WORLD” [Mt 28:19 ER], with the instructions to baptize them and teach them to obey everything Jesus told us.
