GOOD WORKS
Jesus teaches, “LET YOUR LIGHT SO SHINE BEFORE MEN,
THAT THEY MAY SEE YOUR GOOD WORKS AND
GLORIFY YOUR FATHER IN HEAVEN” [Mt 5:16 NKJ]. It is
important to notice that when people see “GOOD WORKS”, they
give glory to God not the person doing the good works. Many
Christian religions have manmade teachings against works because
of Paul’s writings criticizing works. Many modern bible
translations translate the Greek word ‘ergon’, which means works,
as “works” when it is negative and expressions like “good things”
or “good deeds” when it is positive, apparently not wanting to
offend followers of manmade teachings. Jesus knows, saying
‘works are bad’ is a lie! Do you believe Jesus?
