FEAR NOT! Jesus was in a boat with His followers, who were scared of a dangerous storm. After Jesus took authority over the storm He said to them, WHY ARE YOU FEARFUL, O YOU OF LITTLE FAITH?” [Mt 8:26 NKJ]{Mk 4:40}. It is difficult to have strong faith especially in a killer storm when the possibility of death is real. If we believe in Jesus we know as Jesus tells us we will “NOT DIE BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE” [Jn 3:16 GN], then why the fear of dying? Yes, we may have faith that God will rescue us when our earthly life is in danger but even better is to have faith that Jesus tells the truth and when our bodies die we will keep on living with Jesus and His Father in eternity.
